Verified case workflow

Real cases require more than a good story.

This is the publication gate for future verified anonymous cases. Until every required record exists, the material stays private or is rewritten as a clearly labeled illustrative composite.

Version 1.0 · October 13, 2026
Non-negotiable rule

No separate consent, no real case.

Fluxreading does not infer publication permission from account creation, analysis, saving, sharing, customer support, or private correspondence. The public artifact must also pass source, privacy, method, and editorial review.

Eight gates

From private reading to public case

01

Candidate and scope

Define the teaching question and confirm that publishing a real case adds evidence that a composite cannot. Reject cases built mainly around spectacle, private details, or unverifiable claims.

02

Separate consent

Obtain publication-specific consent from the authorized participant. Saving a reading, creating a share link, or agreeing to product terms is not publication consent.

03

Source bundle

Freeze the report version, relevant imagery dates, public data sources, user-supplied corrections, and an evidence ledger. Record which facts were observed, supplied, inferred, or not verified.

04

De-identification

Remove exact addresses, coordinates, parcel outlines, share tokens, names, distinctive images, and unnecessary dates. Generalize the location to the least precise region needed for the lesson.

05

Fact and method review

Re-run deterministic scoring checks, confirm every material statement against the source bundle, and review professional boundaries, duplicate events, and orientation confidence.

06

Privacy preview

Give the consenting participant the final redacted facts and images to check for accidental identification. Editorial conclusions remain independent, but privacy concerns must be resolved before publication.

07

Publish and monitor

Publish with provenance, author, dates, limitations, correction history, and case status. Keep consent and private source material outside the public repository.

08

Correct or withdraw

Correct material errors visibly. If authorization is withdrawn or de-identification fails, unpublish the case promptly while retaining only the minimum internal audit record allowed by policy.

Required public fields

What readers must be able to see

  • Case status: illustrative composite or verified anonymous
  • Region at a privacy-safe level and the type of setting
  • Author, method reviewer, published date, and updated date
  • Evidence ledger and the source class behind each conclusion
  • Material limitations and what was not verified
  • Correction note when a conclusion or source changes
Stop conditions

When publication does not proceed

  • The authorizing party cannot be confirmed or the consent scope is ambiguous.
  • Redaction removes so much context that the remaining lesson becomes misleading.
  • A material observation cannot be reproduced from the retained source bundle.
  • The case could reasonably identify a household despite removing the address.
  • The principal value depends on a professional conclusion the product cannot establish.
