Terms and use limits

A reading is an interpretation—not a substitute for due diligence.

These terms describe the intended use of fluxreading and the decisions that must remain with you and qualified professionals.

The essential boundary

Flux Score is a traditional Feng Shui Form School interpretation.

It is informational and cultural in nature. It is not a factual certification of a property's condition, value, safety, suitability, future performance, or compliance with law.

Service scope

Fluxreading combines a published deterministic rulebook with available satellite imagery, map geometry, elevation samples, orientation estimates, and user-supplied evidence. A numerical score summarizes that framework. Precision in the number does not imply scientific, engineering, or predictive certainty.

Not professional advice or certification

The service is not a home inspection, appraisal, survey, title review, code review, engineering or geotechnical analysis, environmental or hazard assessment, insurance evaluation, or legal, financial, health, safety, or purchase recommendation. Fluxreading does not certify soil, drainage, foundations, retaining walls, structures, wildfire, flood, landslide, traffic, crime, or habitability conditions.

Consult current official records and appropriately licensed professionals for matters within their expertise.

Data and model limitations

Imagery can be old, obscured, misaligned, or incomplete. Geocoding and inferred orientation can be wrong. Elevation samples are terrain-context proxies rather than parcel surveys. Automated observations can omit or misinterpret visible features. Confidence labels describe evidence quality within the Flux framework; they do not establish real-world certainty.

Your decisions and verification

You remain responsible for independently verifying material facts before buying, selling, renting, financing, insuring, renovating, occupying, or otherwise acting on a property. Do not use a Flux Score as the sole or primary basis for a consequential housing or financial decision.

Do not use the service to make lending, insurance, employment, tenant-screening, housing-access, or other eligibility decisions about another person.

Saving, evidence, and sharing

You should submit only information you are authorized to use. A share link may be forwarded by its recipient. Hidden-location sharing is recommended, links should expire when no longer needed, and a saved or shared reading is never consent to publish a property as a case study.

Corrections and disputes

A user-confirmed orientation or structured evidence submission reruns the applicable reading; it does not turn user input into an independently verified fact. Requests concerning an incorrect property match, unsupported statement, privacy issue, or public share should identify the page or share link and provide the evidence supporting the request.

A public support address must be configured before broad commercial launch. Until then, revoke a share from the saved reading and avoid publishing disputed material.

Availability and changes

The service may change, become unavailable, or produce different results as imagery, evidence, models, and the rulebook are updated. Your auto-saved property record represents its current calculation and may be updated by you; a public share link preserves the report version captured when that link was created.

These product terms are a plain-language operational draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before paid or broad commercial launch.
